The latest sponsored project was undertaken by The Children’s Health and Education Fund together with the people from the Hospitality Training Association of Brisbane.

The HTA were kind enough to send one of their trainers, Mr Paul Wilderbeek, to give a training course in baking to the staff and some of the older teenagers at the Lotus Children’s Centre in Mongolia

The Children’s Health and Education Fund provided funding to purchase equipment for this project.

Paul Wilderbeek from HTA was a great hit with the staff and kids from the Lotus Centre who completed the training course.

The Children's Health and Education Fund would like to acknowledge the assistance of Mr Phillip Charlton of HTA and Ms Natasha Mayrseidl of Kelly Colleges in Brisbane without whom this project could not have been realized.
